Quaint (cute) little room. Good value for the money. I asked for something a little more spacious since they were going to give us a small corner room, and they were able to accommodate for the same without any problems. They put two twin beds together and it felt like a king bed.

The entire place was simple and very cozy. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and polite - they helped me with a lot of things such as directions, my luggage, and others. The area is also very convenient and near a lot of restaurants, cafes, etc. It’s also surprisingly not noisy at night although it’s near bars and restaurants. The wifi was also very decent, which was really nice since my work is mostly done online. Overall, this place was great and I would definitely book it again with friends and family :)

The staff were really nice and hospitable, the room smells nice, some of their rooms have smart TVs (a requirement for me when booking a place), the room has a microwave and a mini fridge which is also really nice. Overall, comparing to the places that I've booked around poblacion (if same budget), this is the best. Would book again.

When we first arrived, we were a bit unsure about the neighborhood, but turns out, no worries! It felt relatively safe, and the location was super central with easy access to explore the city. As for the room? Honestly, I don’t get the negative comments, it was really good! After weeks of hostel life as backpackers, this felt like heaven. The bed? Absolute cloud status. The kitchen was small, sure, but it’s perfect for a quick snack, not a five-course feast. And bonus: no cockroaches or bedbugs to be found!

The staff was very cooperative. People were very cherished. They didn't realize that we were far from home. Their staff member named Lovely was an especially cooperative and caring book ride every time for me and asked about anything I needed.

The room was exactly as expected, the staff was exceptionally helpful. I have stayed here for 4 nights and felt absolutely comfortable. I have noticed that there are reviews that mention that the area seems unsafe, however I did not have that experience it all. At night everyone from the neighbourhood is outside chatting to each other or having food, there's kids playing and all of this is super close to a school and a police station. As a female solo traveller I felt completely comfortable and safe.

Whenever I’m in the Philippines which is every two years in the last 15 years, I always make a choice to stay at Nano suites. The staff are simply wonderful so friendly and attentive. Always welcoming me with a smile and ready to help if needed. The hotel itself is a good budget price and a little bit rough around the edges But what do you expect for a budget accommodation. In a nice quiet area of a very busy part of town. I will continue to return to nano.

Super location! Nice area, close to a huge mall. I was able to reach everything by walking. Comfortable bed, AC was a bit loud but you get used to it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wifi was mostly working fine - I work online and that was one of my main criteria.
